Over recent months, Absolute has worked on processes, policies and initiatives covering different aspects of working life: from professional development and career opportunities to work-life balance and organisational culture, as well as the prevention of all forms of discrimination.
Some initiatives have already been implemented, while others will be progressively developed over the coming months.
